We understand what a terrible time it can be.
We help people who are, or fear that they may soon be, involved in the Court system regarding money problems (Matrimonial Act law) or children problems (Children’s Act law).
Unfortunately, we can only assist in Private Law* cases, not in Public Law cases.

*Private Law is when the parties are private individuals, such as father and mother. Public Law is when one of the parties is a publically funded body, usually Social Services.
