We are a community of people with a great deal of experience of the Family Courts, from lawyers, to psychologists, to parties who have been involved in highly complex cases, who are available to offer guidance about how to deal with the Court process if you don’t have a lawyer acting for you.

This website is not intended to offer advice or to be a comprehensive description of the Court process. It is intended to give a very broad overview of Family Law court proceedings so that someone entering into the Court process has at least a basic understanding of what might occur.

Particularly in cases involving children the process can be very unpredictable, and so it is unwise to give general advice that may not be relevant or appropriate in any specific case.
